Below is a little bit of information about how and why we are here.

I started this site due to myself having breast cancer. When I was diagnosed I found that there was not one easy website where I could find out more or talk to anyone to help me understand what was happening to me. So, here I am hoping to help not only myself but the millions of other people out there who have cancer and family members and friends of those suffering from cancer. Also to help anyone who has lost someone to cancer. I will answer any questions I get I just hope to help! I have now completed chemo and now looking at possible surgery and more tests. I know how you all must feel or have felt at some stage in your life. I have lost family members, close friends and new friends that I have met along my cancer fight. So please just ask I am just your normal 26 year old with a mission in life and that mission is going to be and is the hardest thing I am ever going to do. I need your help to make My Lady Humps work and become a haven for one and all! 

 

The aim of this site is to have one place where we can find out information and to try and understand whats happening to us. I have a dream that we can all talk about how we are doing, feeling, and just help each other in the good and bad days. I want to raise money for Cancer Research, MacMillan and for the local hospitals to help with cancer units, breast units and Chemo wards. I hope that by rasing money for the hospitals we can improve the facilities and diagnogstic equipement and to make them feel less "hospital" like.
